ABOUT
An Ohio native, Kate graduated from the musical theatre department of Ball State University, home of David Letterman and front lawn cornhole tournaments, and brought her sarcastic commentary and lack of parallel parking skills to sunny SoCal.
Previously a BroadwayWorld Los Angeles nominee due to her egotistically titled co-headlining cabaret The Pleasure is Yours (Sterling's Upstairs), local credits include Meet Me in St Louis (Cabrillo Music Theatre), Kiss Me, Kate (Glendale Centre Theatre), CATS for Cats: A Celebrity Concert (with Fred Willard) at the historic Orpheum Theatre and more recently, the Encore Award Winning musical Save Me A Spot! (Hollywood Fringe Festival), Sister Robert Anne in Nunsense (Glendale Centre Theatre), Betty Jean in The Marvelous Wonderettes (Sierra Madre Playhouse, Crown City Theatre and GCT) and Marian Paroo in The Music Man (Highlands Theater).
No stranger to the stage, Kate was last seen in her shower singing Elphaba from Wicked, a part that's, according to her neighbors, most definitely out of her range.
